My Aunt recently made a recipe with boneless chicken breats. She dipped each one in beaten egg and then rolled in those curnchy french-fried onion things that you use for green bean casserole. Not sure if she ground them up or just rolled the chicken in the whole onion things? Then you bake them but I'm not sure how long.
The aunt that made this is in Ireland for Christmas and will find the recipe for me when she gets home. I was just wondering in the meanwhile if anyone's tried this and how it runs on points? Sounds soo good I can't wait to try it. The reason I didn't try it when she was here is because no one left a crumb!!
